Marcia Xintaris

Meet Marcia Xintaris, an experienced television producer and network executive with a career spanning across several high-rated non-scripted reality shows, entrepreneurial brand categories, competition, and crime & justice. As the Director of Production for CNBC Prime, Marcia currently oversees several successful shows including The Profit, Deal or No Deal, and Jay Leno’s Garage.

Prior to her current role, Marcia held several top positions in the entertainment industry. As an Executive in Charge of Production at Eastern and Monkey Kingdom, she managed multi-series content, including the highest rated unscripted series in cable history, Love & Hip Hop franchise, with over 5.6 million viewers on VH1. Additionally, during her five-year stint at ITV Studios America, she produced over 150 episodes of The First 48, one of the highest-rated non-fiction justice series on cable, and its spin-offs After the First 48, The Interrogators, and SWAT.

Marcia's career started in music talent management with the Geffen band Urge Overkill, followed by producing commercials, documentaries, and specials for PBS, shot in India, Europe, and around the US.

Marcia is known for her leadership, resourcefulness, and creativity, with a reputation for clear communication and putting together effective teams. She is a Mentoring Volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York and is a member of The Television Academy.
