Marcia Netto

Marcia Netto is a successful entrepreneur and digital marketing expert with experience in developing online business models, creating large-scale communities, and managing teams. She is a Harvard Business School graduate, with an MBA from the FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a bachelor's degree in science from the Universidade de São Paulo.

Over the past seventeen years, Netto has held various leadership roles in companies such as Sallve, Elo7, Webedia Brasil, Minha Vida, Vostu, and Abril Digital, where she gained experience in growth hacking, eCommerce B2C, online product development, agile methodology, lean office, and team management. Her background also includes positions in prominent brands like Unilever and Monsanto, contributing to her expertise in digital marketing.

Netto is passionate about creating a positive work environment that promotes personal development, as well as self-knowledge and the power of femininity. She is an Endeavor Entrepreneur and Mentor, an Angel Investor, and a Harvard Naspers program graduate.

In 2018, Netto co-founded Sallve, a DTC beauty company invested by Astella, Atlantico, Canary, Kaszek, and Waldencast. The brand's mission is to contribute to a future where people's skin is the best place for them to be. Netto is also a believer in organic organizations, cultural entrepreneurship, and the Enneagram personality system.
