- Unit responsible for the management and monitoring of loans to the private sector.
- Managed over USD 800 million in loans to infrastructure projects in Latin America (Corporate Loans, Project Finance and Guarantees) through analysis of the projects’ status and financial performance. 
- Analyzed the financial position and performance of a wide variety of Latin American companies and projects based on their financial statements and financial models in order to evaluate their credit risks. 
- Negotiated waivers and amendments to the financing documents with borrowers and other loan participants in order to solve issues arising from the outstanding loans.

- Unit responsible for setting market-based pricing and mobilizing additional capital for all private sector operations.
- Created an interactive database of over 160 relevant transactions to be used as comparables to derive pricing for new transactions, including the identification of useful reports to assist syndication officers in assessing and defending pricing.
- Prepared pricing analyses based on comparable transactions in the bank and capital markets leveraging internal IDB tools along with Bloomberg and Loan Connector.
- Researched and compiled information on around 80 development finance institutions, identifying their deal interests to support the unit's efforts to mobilize additional capital into transactions.

- Researched and analyzed a wide range of Latin American industries, including banking, telecommunications, and infrastructure, providing to the staff valuable reports for credit rating decisions. 
- Analyzed the financial position and performance of a wide variety of companies based on their financial statements, supporting the staff's credit rating decisions. 
- Analyzed and standardized the financial statements of companies throughout Latin America, allowing comparison between them to support the financial analysis of these statements.

- Unit responsible for the financial planning and control of Unibanco´s Consumer Finance companies.
- Responsible for the financial planning and control of Redecard (Consumer Finance), Pontocred (Consumer Finance) and Microinvest (Microcredit) through the creation of an interactive spreadsheet to facilitate the financial analysis and forecasting.
- Modeled and forecasted Microinvest's financial results as part of the 2007 financial planning process.
- Controlled and monitored the financial performance of over 20 projects designed to increase the retail bank's revenues.

- Unit responsible for the financial planning, control and consolidation of all the commercial bank´s subsidiaries.
- Supported the development and implementation of the Balance Scorecard for all of the Commercial Bank's subsidiaries, helping in the identification of the key indicators and providing frequent reports on the companies' performance on these key indicators. 
- Controlled and monitored the financial performance of over 60 projects designed to increase the commercial bank's revenue by creating an interactive database of the projects, and preparing weekly presentations on their performance for the staff.
