Rubens Henriques is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the financial sector, particularly in asset management. With a career that started at Itaú Unibanco in 2007, Rubens initially joined the Unibanco Asset Management division. He later assumed a leadership role in the asset management field, overseeing open architecture in Brazil and internationally (Fund of Funds), managing a portfolio exceeding R$150 billion with teams in São Paulo and New York. Subsequently, he ascended to the position of CEO at Itaú Asset Management, the largest private asset management firm in Latin America. In addition, he was a partner in the Itaú Unibanco Partner Program. Rubens holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions like the Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and Fundação Dom Cabral. He also carries the esteemed CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) certification.
