Marcel Manariyo is a seasoned Economist and statistician with expertise in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and quality improvement in health programs including family planning, reproductive health, HIV, Malaria, TB, and nutrition. Holding a Master of Science in Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, and a Diploma in HIV and Family Education, Manariyo boasts over a decade of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation. He has excelled in various roles within government institutions, international NGOs, and projects funded by USG agencies like CDC and USAID. Currently, he serves as the Senior MER Advisor for the USAID flagship Maternal Child Survival Program, demonstrating skills in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, essential for successful project implementation.
