Sin Tian Song

Sin Song is an experienced Material and Process Engineer with over six years of experience in various industries. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Industrial Engineering from the National University of Singapore and another Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Second Upper at Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Sin Song's career began as an Assistant Process Engineer at Motorola Solutions, where she gained practical experience. She then joined WD, a Western Digital company, where she worked as a Staff Supplier Quality Engineer and Process and Development Engineer, focusing on quality improvement. Sin Song was part of the pioneer team for the WD Penang Slider Plan. Later, she joined Intel Corporation as a Factory Material Engineer, where she continued to hone her skills and gain more experience.

Sin Song's core competencies include Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certification, an ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification, and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, and Spotfire. She has an in-depth understanding of Project Management, GR&R, SPC, FMEA, 8D Problem Solving & Measurement System analysis (MSA). Sin Song has excellent interpersonal communication skills and can influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals. She can also collaborate with internal and external partners for best practice sharing and cost reduction.
