Marc Suarez is the Managing Director at Lument, a position he has held since June 2014. Based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, he has over 18 years of experience in real estate investment sales and capital markets. Throughout his career, he has successfully transacted more than $2.4 billion on behalf of various stakeholders, including public REITs, institutional investment funds, life insurance companies, private equity firms, and individual investors.12
Prior to joining Lument, Suarez owned a real estate development company where he developed and converted over 1,000 units across the southeastern and southwestern United States. His previous roles include serving as a Director at Hunt Real Estate Capital and as a Managing Director at SL Capital.12
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Marc Suarez is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Cumberland University, where he has been serving since June 2023.13 He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and has proficiency in both Spanish and English.1
