In 2016, Spencer advanced his career by joining 5 Arch Funding as an Advisor, specializing in originating short-term bridge loans for Single Family Residences (SFR) and Multifamily investors, along with managing securitized term loans for stabilized rental portfolios.

Recognized for his exceptional performance and contributions, Spencer quickly ascended the ranks at 5 Arch Funding, securing the position of Senior Enterprise Advisor, where he oversaw a portfolio of over $250 million in direct originations.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at First Capital Trust Deeds, Spencer focuses on facilitating clients in accessing cash proceeds from their properties/portfolios, providing quick acquisition financing, and optimizing loan refinancing options for improved products and rates.
