Marc Bourdeau is an accomplished leader in the digital and customer experience space known for his people-first management style. With extensive experience in engineering, digital services, and IT operations, he has spent the last few decades designing and delivering digital-native solutions, monetizing data, and providing excellent customer care. He currently serves as the Director of Digital Accelerator at Daher, where he oversees the development of innovative technological solutions to drive digital transformation.

In terms of education, Marc has completed an Executive Management program from INSEAD and received an engineering degree in computer science and engineering from IN.FO.SUP. Before Daher, he worked in senior IT roles, including project manager, architect, consultant, and information technology engineer in prestigious firms like Groupe Galeries Lafayette and Alliance-Networks.
