Marc Bornträger is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with wide-ranging experience in developing and launching technical back-ends and consumer-facing products across several industries. As the Vice President of Engineering and Founder at Komed Health AG, he is utilizing his passion and expertise in technology to drive innovation, strategy, and growth of their healthcare platform. Prior to his current role, Marc served as the Head of DevOps, CTO, and a Software Engineer at Komed Health AG.
He studied Cert. Business Data Processing Specialist, Business IT at ipso Bildung. He has also served as CEO at Bächtold&Bornträger Webdesign, Technical Project Manager/Software Engineer at Noser Young, and Software Engineer apprentice at Noser Young.
Marc's entrepreneurial mindset and passion for technology led him to found his first startup at the age of 17. He has a proven track record of designing, managing, and launching successful products. His ultimate goal is to help nurses and physicians make faster and informed decisions, ultimately saving lives in the healthcare industry.
