Marc Balkin

Marc Balkin is a seasoned Non Executive Director with a rich background in the management consulting sector, boasting expertise in Emerging Markets, Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Start-ups. He holds a BA LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Throughout his career, Marc has held prominent positions in various organizations, including being the Chairperson of the Investment Committee at Alitheia IDF and a Board Member at Growth Capital by CcHUB. He also served as an Investor and Non Executive Director at Balkin & Co, and as a Future Makers Fund Board Member at Telkom.

Marc Balkin has also contributed his expertise as a former Investment Committee Member at the ED Fund of First National Bank (FNB), a Partner at Hasso Plattner Ventures Africa, Chairperson of the Investment Committee at Enablis Entrepreneurial Network, and as a Founding Partner at O2 Capital.
