Manuel Méndez

Manuel Romero Méndez is a senior executive with a background in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Louis University in the USA and a PDG graduate from IESE. With a wealth of professional experience in general management, procurement, business development, and strategic planning in the restaurant and retail sectors. He has worked in renowned multinational companies like TOYS R US, CARREFOUR, DIA, and COMPASS GROUP spanning locations in the USA, Switzerland, France, Brazil, and Spain. Manuel spent 12 years as the director general of corporate services at Compass Group for Spain and Portugal, a leading British multinational in the catering industry.

In 2011, Manuel founded MRM Foodservice Solutions, a consultancy specializing in the HORECA industry, focusing on digital transformation. MRM excels in identifying, implementing, and supporting top technological solutions for the restaurant sector. They currently distribute and provide support for leading software such as Revo, Gstock, and Tamigo.
