MANOJ KUMAR

Manoj Kumar is a highly experienced EHS professional with diverse experience in leading Environment, Health & Safety function in various industries like Toyota, The Manipal Group, and Reliance Refinery. With eight years of experience, he aims to obtain an assistant manager/deputy manager position to train workforces on safe work practices and promote a zero-accident culture while saving the environment.

His key skills include interpreting governmental laws, accident investigation, Hazard Identification & Risk assessment, emergency response, fire safety, and environmental monitoring tests. Manoj holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shree Niranjana Swamy Polytechnic. He also pursued M.Tech. in Industrial Safety at Visvesvaraya Technological University and studied B.H.S.E in Health Safety & Environment at Karnataka State Open University.

Manoj's work experience at Toyota Boshoku Automotive India Pvt Ltd and his previous role as Safety Officer at Reliance Refinery have given him exposure to Indian & International laws (Factories, Boilers, Explosives, CPB, SPCB, PESO, IS, OHSAS, ANSI, UN, EN, IOSH & NEBOSH). He has expertise in DuPont Steps & 5 why technique, HIRA, JSA, RCA/CAPA/SPA, ERT, Mock/Fire drills & Trainings, and STP/ETP/Hazardous waste.
