He has held key leadership positions such as Executive Director at Shepherd's Table, Chief Operating Officer at Civic Nation, and Director at the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Manny has also been actively involved in organizations like the Nonprofit Roundtable, Latino Economic Development Corporation, and the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development.

His extensive experience includes serving as Founder & CEO of Hidalgo Community-Based Consulting, contributing to the Maryland Governor's Commission on Small Business, and directing programs at NeighborWorks America and AEO.
