Cecilia Crisostomo

Cecilia Crisostomo is a versatile professional with a background in Biology from Queen's University. She has since carved a path in the nonprofit sector, specifically in the development of partnerships. Over the years, Cecilia has held various leadership positions at We, a charity organization that focuses on youth empowerment and community development. She started as an Account Coordinator, Youth Engagement, and worked her way up to become the Director, Partnerships. In between, she has served as Senior Coordinator, Youth Engagement, Program Consultant, and Sales Executive at Explorica, and Operations Coordinator at We. Throughout her career, Cecilia has successfully established and nurtured strategic partnerships with corporations, families, and schools.

As Director, Partnerships at We, Cecilia leads a team responsible for developing philanthropic partnerships and implementing fundraising initiatives. Her role also involves developing a deep understanding of We's mission and values to ensure that partnerships align with them. Previously, as Manager - Business Intelligence at We, she was responsible for using data to support decisions and drive growth. She has also been involved in event management, logistics, and training. Cecilia is a passionate nonprofit professional who is committed to making a positive impact on communities.
