Manisha Naik

Manisha Naik, an HR professional with a passion for developing and supporting talented employees, has an extensive background in HR strategy and talent acquisition. She began her career as a Research Associate at Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd and later ventured into executive and management recruitment at Flipkart, where she worked her way up to become the Associate Director of Human Resources. At Flipkart, Manisha's role entailed handling a wide range of responsibilities, including performance management, leadership development, coaching, and organization development.

Manisha is known for her ability to build and scale business units, primarily by attracting brilliant minds from diverse backgrounds who can thrive in fast-paced environments. She is also adept at providing strategic direction in organizational formation and talent building, which has been invaluable to the growth and success of the organizations she's worked with.
