Björn Hansson

Björn Hansson is a leading expert in human resources consulting, leadership development, executive coaching, management audit, and psychological assessment. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Björn has worked with top-level organizations, both internationally and within Sweden. Björn completed his MBA in Business Intelligence, One-to-One Marketing, and International Business Strategy with distinction at Stockholm University, after studying Economics and Psychology at some of Sweden's top universities. He specializes in developing corporate cultures and has researched the acquisition of Volvo Car Corporation by Ford Motor Company, an analysis praised by both companies.

Having founded his consultancy firm, Björn Hansson Psykologkonsult AB, he has a vast clientele and has worked with companies of all sizes, helping them reach their full potential. His skills include leadership development and training, and he has worked as a leadership and assessment consultant in many organizations, including Korn Ferry and Compass Human Resources Group. Björn has a certificate in Corporate Governance from Styrelseakademien and extensive board experience, including several Director positions with cut-e Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
