Mallory Factor

Mallory Factor is a prominent figure in the biotechnology and academic sectors, currently serving as the Executive Chairman and Founder of IntraBio Inc., a company focused on developing innovative therapies for neurological disorders. He has an extensive background that spans over 30 years, during which he has successfully launched and developed several early-stage companies, including two medical device startups that achieved significant market milestones such as IPOs and successful trade sales.1

In addition to his role at IntraBio, Factor has held various influential positions throughout his career. He was the President of Mallory Factor Inc., a firm that provides advisory services and investments in biotechnology, technology, and manufacturing sectors. His experience also includes serving on the Board of Governors of the New York State Banking Department, as Chairman of The New York Public Asset Fund, and as a Presidential Appointee to the Federal Home Loan Bank's Savings and Loan Council. Factor is recognized for his contributions as an expert witness before Congress and is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.1

Academically, Mallory Factor is a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford's Department of Pharmacology and previously held the position of John C. West Professor of International Politics and American Government at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. He has authored two New York Times Best Selling books and contributed numerous articles to major publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.1

Factor earned his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Wesleyan University and participated in a joint Business and Law Program at Columbia University.1
