Malene Rydahl is a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group, renowned for her work with major French and multinational corporations as a consultant and keynote speaker. She is a lecturer at HEC Executive Education and Sciences Po Paris, focusing on well-being and performance.

Certified as an executive coach, Malene Rydahl offers individual and collective coaching programs to improve employee engagement, well-being, and performance. With 18 years of corporate experience, she served as Director of Corporate Communication for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in EMEA, contributing to her recognition as one of the '24 women of the year' by L'Express.

Malene Rydahl is the co-founder of the plant-based brand 42° Raw and an author of the best-selling 'Happy as a Dane', exploring the Danish happiness phenomenon. She received the 'most optimistic book of 2014' award and has since written 'Le Bonheur sans illusions' and 'Je te réponds…moi non plus'. She delves into topics like happiness, leadership impact on well-being, and challenges of communication in the digital age.

Having studied international business at Niels Brock Business School, Malene Rydahl was honored as Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French state and holds the title of Goodwill Ambassador to Copenhagen. Born in Denmark, she has resided in Paris for over 25 years.
