Analyzed and provided recommendations on human capital challenges such as workforce retirement trends, migration of jobs to low cost locations, creation of real estate hubs, management of virtual workforce, and distribution of senior leadership. Created models that predict with greater accuracy the variables that most impact employee behaviors and productivity 

Successfully transitioned Avaya’s Workforce Reporting function from high cost location (US, Germany) to low cost location (India), leading to 50% reduction in operating costs and 20% increase in productivity

Developed an advanced BI analytics capability, including a governance and maintenance structure. Led the implementation, upgrade and integration of HRIS systems that impact employee data, analyzed business requirements and coordinated technical requirements with IT staff

Enhanced the new hire onboarding process by integrating Avaya’s Supervisor Portal interface with the BrassRing Applicant tracking system to enable seamless flow of new hire data to onboarding systems and SAP HR
