Maksim Barinskiy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience working with leading multinational companies. Maksim started his career working as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services and Antal Russia, where he gained valuable insights into the recruitment domain, which later helped him assume leadership roles in larger corporations like SQ-Team, SCA, Smith & Nephew, and finally AbbVie, where he currently works as the HR Business Partner for Russia & CIS region.
