Majda Al Zadjali

Majda Zadjali is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse experience in finance, customer experience, billing, and collections at Ooredoo Oman.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Strathclyde University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sultan Qaboos University.

Currently, Majda serves as a Tax Manager in the Finance department at Ooredoo Oman, where she brings her expertise and knowledge to manage tax-related matters effectively.

Prior to her current role, she held the position of Implementation Manager in the Customer Experience Office at the same organization, demonstrating her versatile skill set.

Additionally, Majda has experience as a Team Leader in Billing & Collection and has contributed to enhancing customer service at Ooredoo Oman, showcasing her proficiency in various aspects of the telecommunications industry.
