Having been involved in multiple aspects of Synapse's development, including sales, operations, finance, customer success, and implementation, Hillary's focus now lies in expanding the Implementation Team to facilitate the integration of upcoming FinTech products. Her hands-on approach and dedication to achieving ambitious objectives make her a valuable asset to the company.

Prior to her role at Synapse, Hillary held various positions such as Program Director and Community Manager at Start Co., as well as roles at Refugee Empowerment Program (REP) and Hanor & Associates. Her diverse experience has equipped her with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the ever-evolving FinTech industry.
