Maja Majstorović Hajduković is the Founder of Agile People Slovenia, a company she established in April 2019.1 She is passionate about helping leaders and HR professionals adapt to modern workforce needs and win with change.1 Her expertise lies in Agile HR, organizational development, change leadership, and team engagement.1
With extensive experience in HR, Maja has held several key positions:
- HR Director at Big Bang Slovenija (2016-2019)
- HR Manager at ComTrade Group (2010-2016)
- HR Manager and Specialist at HERMES SoftLab (2007-2010)
- HR Specialist at KAMI d.o.o. kadrovski inženiring (2003-2007)1
Maja is a certified Agile HR Instructor, RMP Master, and Psychological Safety Practitioner.1 She is also a co-organizer of DisruptHR Slovenia and a co-author of the Agile People Principles book.1 Her approach combines traditional HR practices with innovative agile methodologies to offer transformative solutions for organizations.1
Maja studied at the University of Ljubljana from 2000 to 2005.1 She is a passionate guest lecturer and speaker on HR Reinvention and Agile HR.1 Her favorite quote, "Reinvent yourself. Reinvent your company. Reinvent your world," reflects her commitment to continuous improvement and adaptation.1
