Maite Picado is a seasoned UX professional with a background in web design, specializing in usability testing, graphic and web design principles, and possessing fluency in French and Spanish.

With a Bachelor of Arts from Université de Paris VIII Saint Denis, France, and additional studies including a BA from Central Connecticut State University, a Certificate of Proficiency in Visual Communications Technology from Shoreline Community College, and an Associate degree from Manchester Community College, Maite has a solid educational foundation.

Having worked at The Hartford Insurance Group in various roles such as Usability Engineer, Technical Writer, Business Implementation Analyst, Training Consultant, Web Site Manager/Consultant, and Graphic/Web Designer, Maite brings a wealth of diverse experience to the table.
