Mai Kang

Mai Kang is a skilled UX Designer and Product Manager with extensive experience in market research and consumer insights. She holds a BS in Business and a BA in the Arts from the University of Southern California, where she also completed a Certificate in Arts Administration. Additionally, she has completed comprehensive coursework in UX design through Designlab.

Before joining NuORDER as a UX Designer, Mai held a variety of roles at FUEL CYCLE, including Vice President of Research & Insights, Associate Vice President of Client Services, and Director of Research. She also worked as a Senior Research Manager at Lieberman Research Worldwide.

Mai's expertise includes conducting quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing data to provide insights, and creating user-centered designs. Her background in business and the arts has also given her a unique perspective on creating compelling and effective user experiences.
