Magdalena Day

Magdalena Day is an independent researcher, entrepreneur, teacher, and consultant with over 10 years of experience in social networks and digital communications. She is a PhD candidate in Social Sciences at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo and has a degree in Political Science from the same institution. Additionally, she has a postgraduate degree in Marketing and E-commerce from Universidad de Belgrano / Prince & Cooke.
Day has worked as a professor for the Diplomado en Aprendizaje y Enseñanza en Red at Whetu and as a Facilitator for Prensa y Comunicación at Palermo Valley-Mendoza. She has also worked as a consultant for digital communications and public relations for numerous organizations, including the Cámara Argentina de Comercio Electrónico (CACE) and America's Society/Council of the Americas. As a former social media manager for Cyber Monday 2013 at CACE and country manager at Welcu, she has ample experience in digital strategy and communication.
Day's research interests include networks, social theory, philosophy, and interdisciplinary science. Additionally, she has experience in project leadership, especially within the beverage industry, and has served as an IBM Ambassador in Mendoza.
