Madison Helbach

Madison Helbach is an accomplished social worker with a wealth of direct service experiences supporting a wide array of diverse populations. Madison boasts an impressive educational background of receiving her MA in Social Services from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Criminology, Social Welfare and Justice from Marquette University.

Madison has an established reputation in the Seattle social work community, working as a former Youth Development Counselor at the City of Seattle and currently as an Aging and Disabilities Case Manager. Prior to her work in Seattle, Madison was a Defense Social Worker at Northwest Defenders Association and a Child and Youth Investment Team member at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Other notable positions include being a former Housing Stability Specialist at Wellspring Family Services, a Mental Health Counselor at Sound Mental Health, and a Program Case Manager Intern with Edge Alliance/AIDS Care.

Madison’s work focuses on supporting clients needing services related to living independently in the community through resources and caregivers. She has community mental health experience working with offenders needing chemical dependency treatment and counseling services as well as assisting families identify and maintain housing. Madison is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves and continuing to develop her skills as a social worker.
