Jenny Shea

Jenny Shea is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in communication, social work, and community service.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Communication from Ball State University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) focusing on Interpersonal method with Children, Youth, and Families in Society from the University of Michigan.

Jenny is the Founder and LMSW at New Leaf Therapy, PLLC, where she provides counseling services. Previously, she worked as a Home Based Clinician in Child and Adolescent Services as well as a Mental Health Intern at Development Centers.

Her experience also includes roles such as Program Assistant at Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County, Partner Relations Manager at Capital Area Food Bank of DC, Mentor and Tutor at Project NorthStar, Mobile Food Pantry Coordinator at Capital Area Food Bank of DC, and Hunger Lifeline Coordinator as an AmeriCorps Member.

She has additional experience as a Camp Counselor at NCCS Camp Newaygo, Communications Associate at College Mentors for Kids, Inc., and Smokefree Campus Campaign Organizer at Smokefree Indiana.
