Madisen Thide is a graduating senior from Rutgers Business School with a degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in French. She is actively seeking a full-time position and is particularly interested in sustainability and supply chain management. Her previous experience working as a Strategic Sourcing Co-Op at Johnson and Johnson for DePuy Synthes, allowed her to develop strong interpersonal skills, collaborate effectively with teams, and tackle new challenges with ease. Madisen is an individual that is passionate, personable, and always strives to improve herself by learning new skills and experiences.
Madisen is also heavily involved on campus, holding multiple leadership positions in various organizations such as being the former Executive Vice President of Phi Chi Theta, a national, co-ed business fraternity, as well as a Fundraising Co-Chair at Rutgers University Alternative Breaks. Her involvement in these organizations has helped prepare her to lead independently, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and be an empathetic leader in any work environment.
