Madeline Libbey

Madeline Libbey is an Analyst at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Intelligence and Research, a position she has held since January 2023.2 She is a 2020 graduate of Stanford University, where she studied Political Science.4 During her time at Stanford, Libbey was involved in various internships and fellowships, including working as a Policy Intern with Access Now5 and participating in the Haas Center for Public Service fellowship program.1

After graduation, Libbey worked as a Program Assistant at the Aspen Tech Policy Hub.4 Her professional experience also includes roles at Stanford Cyber Policy Center.3 Currently based in Washington, D.C., Libbey brings her expertise in socio-political dynamics and technical understanding to her role at the State Department.
