Madeleine Bolle

Madeleine Bolle (1984) is a freelance photographer based in Amsterdam, known for her intimate and personal documentary photography projects that focus on family relations and the transitions in life.

With a background in professional photography from the International Photography Institute in Amsterdam and the International Center of Photography in New York City, Madeleine has developed a style that is described as authentic, vulnerable, and powerful.

Her education includes a Master's degree in Media & Journalism from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from the same university, and a VWO diploma from OLV Lyceum.

Madeleine has worked with organizations such as Madeleine Bolle Photography, where she is the photographer, and has previously freelanced in New York City in photography, communications, and journalism.

Apart from her personal projects, Madeleine also conducts photo shoots on assignment, specializing in portrait and family photography. Her latest project delves into the lives of teenagers, exploring the nuances of adolescence and self-discovery.

She participated in the 2017 Nikon NOOR Academy in Amsterdam and was selected as New Photo Talent by GUP in 2018, showcasing her dedication and talent in the field of photography.
