Maddy Routon is a seasoned digital content creator, graphic designer, social media strategist, and insights analyst with experience working with various organizations across different industries. She has worked in marketing and digital engagement at Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, as a social media manager at Shop Caroll Kern, and as a community manager at FUEL CYCLE by Passenger. Additionally, she has worked as a research associate and a creative director at Vital Findings and Ecochella: The Bike-Powered Music and Sustainability Festival, respectively. Maddy also has a strong academic background, having studied at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, where she completed a Law Fellows Program, and Goldman School of Public Policy, where she completed the Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) Fellowship program.
