Maazi is the founder of ESGADIA, a Pan-African non-profit organization aiming to empower African youth through job creation and economic empowerment. Skilled in Negotiation, International business, and Business Planning, his primary objective is to tackle youth unemployment by collaborating with Foreign Direct Investors to establish industries in Africa, including Waste to Wealth, Mining/Mineral beneficiation, and Renewable Energy Projects. Moreover, he strives to address the Housing deficit and improve Healthcare Infrastructure in Africa by attracting investments in these critical sectors.
