Francisco de Asís Valderrábano is a seasoned business development expert with extensive experience in innovation and start-ups. He is currently employed as a Senior Business Development Manager at the prestigious University of Navarra. Before his current role, he co-founded and was CSO of "El club de la radio", a B2B radio ads platform that became the top digital radio ads platform with over 22 employees. Francisco was also a co-founder of Bytherent, a digital platform that digitalized long-term rental market processes, adding transparency and fostered trust in clients. His business development skills were honed at Barrabes where he was instrumental in helping corporations (such as Telcos, Energy, Banking, Insurance, etc.) with their innovation approaches.

Francisco's experience also encompasses being Chief of Staff for the Santander’s Global Chief Innovation Officer, where he led partnerships, new business models, investment vehicles, internal projects, and governance for the innovation area. He was also the Latam business analyst for Santander’s global card business, managing reporting and planning for the whole P&L to the CFO and the LATAM Business Director. He has also held different positions in Santander Corporation as global efficiency responsible and as an advisor to the corporate T&O director. Francisco has worked with Santander's banks in different countries: LATAM (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, México, Puerto Rico, and Brazil), US, and Europe (Portugal, UK, Poland, and Germany).

Francisco holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He was the captain of the volleyball team and a member of the football team and has a keen interest in History, Sociology, and Economics. Francisco is fluent in Spanish, Valencian, English, and Portuguese and believes in lifelong learning.
