Lynsey Wherry
Lynsey Wherry is a highly experienced and accomplished HR leader who has held various positions at General Mills, a prominent and successful food company, for many years. With a focus on transformational work, Lynsey is skilled in synthesizing complex problems, developing and implementing holistic solutions, and utilizing her significant HR business partner experience and HR capability expertise to find opportunities and develop creative solutions. She is passionate about implementing new technologies to change how work is conducted, building strong relationships with stakeholders, leading diverse teams, creating inclusive cultures, and bringing out the best in others. Lynsey has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Purdue University - Krannert School of Management and a degree in Psychology from Willamette University. She is currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate Functions at General Mills.
