Lynn Dohm

Lynn Dohm is the Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) executive director, dedicated to supporting the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in cybersecurity.

With over 20 years of experience as a solution-oriented strategist, Lynn has actively contributed to grant-funded programs and nonprofits in the cybersecurity education sector.

She is recognized as a top cybersecurity leader, receiving awards such as the Peoples Choice award for Cybersecurity Woman of the Year.

Lynn is a contributor to cybersecurity books, an advisory board member for Women in Cybersecurity - Beyond Borders, and an inaugural member of the (ISC)2 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force.

Her education includes studies in Security Leadership, Speech Communication, and Nonprofit Management with a focus on Grant Writing and Fundraising.

Formerly in leadership roles at organizations like Marine Advanced Technology Education Center and National Cyber League, Lynn's expertise in marketing and communications has been pivotal in driving cybersecurity initiatives.
