Lynette Hushen

Lynette Hushen is an accomplished insights professional with a vast and varied background that includes customer experience management, brand management, product support, agency planning, data analysis, and strategic development. She is an expert in leading customer loyalty programs, working closely with digital teams and channel leads to ensure strategies are optimized for businesses' stakeholders, both global and local. Lynette has a keen aptitude for synthesizing and communicating complex ideas to teams of progressive clients and colleagues, both in written and verbal formats.

Lynette studied BBA at Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration and completed her advanced education at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a focus on the Advanced School of Market Research.

She currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Ipsos, where her expertise in big data storytelling, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic account management is prioritized. Her previous experiences include serving in Vice President and Research Director positions at Ipsos, Director of Strategic Accounts at RDA, Market Research Manager at Michelin North America, and Digital Team Strategist/Research Analysis Lead at Wunderman/Team Detroit.
