Lynda Gaicd

Lynda Coker GAICD is an experienced Financial Services professional with a background in corporate finance and strategy in the UK/Europe and Australia.

Her expertise lies in regulated and non-regulated assets in sectors like retail banking, consumer finance, and wealth management, having worked with corporates and private equity firms.

Lynda has a notable track record of collaborating with Government and regulators, including a significant role in the 2014 Financial Services Inquiry for Commonwealth Treasury, Australia.

During the financial crisis, she contributed to determining good bank/bad bank splits and evaluating assets for the UK Asset Protection Scheme in partnership with UK Tripartite authorities.

An active participant in the FinTech space, Lynda serves as an advisor and mentor to FinTech startups, offering guidance on various aspects such as product-market fit, business models, regulation, and capital raising.

She has served on the Advisory Boards of multiple FinTech companies and is involved in judging roles for prominent industry events and awards ceremonies like Money2020, SaaStock, and FinTech Australia awards.
