Luz Dimaculangan

Luz Dimaculangan is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in team building, mergers and acquisitions, change management, and talent development. She has a wealth of knowledge in labor law, compensation and benefits, and recruiting. Her expertise lies in developing and maintaining administrative processes that improve efficiency and accuracy, while simultaneously aligning people strategies with business objectives. Luz is excellent at handling multiple tasks and prioritizing goals to support complex, deadline-driven operations.

Prior to moving to the US, Luz served as a Regional Director in the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where she was also the Area Chairperson of Accountancy & Legal Management at De La Salle University. She has also served as the Secretary of Rotary District 3820.

Luz is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. She continues to develop her skills and knowledge, having recently pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Business Innovation at the University of West Los Angeles.

Throughout her career, Luz has held various positions such as Human Resources/Office Manager at Acuant, Office Manager/Accountant at Flanigan Farms, Accountant at Kids Republic Clothing, Treasurer at Treasure Rock Group, and Executive Assistant at Around the Clock.
