Luke Kempski

Luke Kempski is a seasoned professional who leads JPL, a prominent integrated marketing agency in the Mid-Atlantic region. With a strong focus on brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and internal communications, JPL has been consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work in PA for 18 consecutive years. In addition to overseeing JPL's operations, Luke also plays a key role in steering Paskill Stapleton & Lord (PS&L), a division specializing in higher education marketing based in Glenside, PA.

Luke's expertise extends to his role as the CEO of d’Vinci Interactive, a subsidiary of JPL that specializes in designing custom learning solutions for corporate, educational, and government clients. With a background in MED from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Wilmington College, Luke Kempski brings a robust educational foundation to his leadership positions across multiple organizations. Prior to his current roles, he has held various key positions including President, CEO, Executive Vice President, and Director at JPL, showcasing his versatile skill set and experience in the industry.
