Lukas van Lengerich

Lukas van Lengerich is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in HR and a focus on driving growth and efficiency in technology-driven businesses. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) & MBA in International Management from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Psychology from BiTS Hochschule, and has studied Social Science/General Humanities at the University of Calgary. Lukas currently serves as the Head of HR at FRIDAY Versicherung, a rapidly growing Insurtech company in Europe, where he is instrumental in shaping an insurance experience that resonates with customers. Prior to his current role, he held key positions such as Head of HR and HR / Executive Assistant at Software & Support Media, Junior HR Business Partner at T-Systems, and HR Intern at Deutsche Telekom AG.
