Carolyn Swora
Carolyn Swora is a Workplace Culture Architect and Owner with a passion for creating authentic environments that foster personal and professional growth for individuals and teams. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Kinesiology, Education, and Human Resources Management, Swora brings a diverse range of expertise and skills to her work. She has worked with organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Junior Achievement of Canada, and Ceridian LifeWorks Canada in various roles, including Innovation Leader, Program Trainer and Coordinator, and Director of Pricing and Key Accounts.
Swora is also a former Activator for SheEO and Shift Facilitator and Lead Link for 1-DEGREE/Shift. She is a certified practitioner of Cultural Transformation Tools and Authorized Partner for Actionable Conversations at Actionable.co. In addition to this, Swora has earned various certificates, including a Change Management Certificate from Queen's University and a Human Resources Management Diploma from Sheridan College.
