Luis Giraldo is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at ScalePad, a leading provider of software solutions for managed service providers (MSPs). With over 15 years of experience in the MSP industry, Giraldo helms ScalePad's Partner Success organization and provides thought leadership to the IT service provider community.135
Prior to joining ScalePad, Giraldo found success as an entrepreneur, owning and operating his own technology companies. He developed a string of successful ventures, including an MSP firm, a documentation SaaS app called Monkey Box (acquired by IT Glue in 2017), and an earlier MSP (acquired by Fully Managed in 2011).1
Most recently, Giraldo served as Senior Director of Marketing for N-able, where he drove the content foundation for their MSP marketing platform, contributed to a major rebranding, and developed and hosted a popular webinar series called Café con Luis.12
In his role as CXO at ScalePad, Giraldo is committed to helping MSPs drive their next phase of growth while providing an incredible experience. He frequently presents on MSP best practices, business reviews, and strategies.13
Giraldo's unique background includes being a professional musician. While his days of touring as a keyboardist with Colombian pop star Shakira are firmly in the past, he still plays jazz piano and has recorded multiple jazz albums.1
