Luis Fernando Lima is an accomplished and skilled Product Designer with a passion for using design to make a positive impact on society. With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Salvador and additional training in User Experience and UI Design, Luis has a solid educational foundation to support his impressive career.

Currently, Luis serves as a Senior Product Designer at NewRetirement, where he applies his expertise to design digital products and design systems. He also shares his knowledge and skills by mentoring and teaching other designers, helping them to enhance their abilities and reach their full potential. Luis has previously worked as a Design Mentor at adplist.org, where he offered guidance and support to aspiring designers.

Throughout his career, Luis has played key roles in various organizations, leaving a lasting impact. He has held positions as a Senior Product Designer at Jusbrasil, Product Designer Lead at BossaBox Prolancer, and Product Designer at Sanar. Additionally, Luis has gained experience as a UI/UX Designer and UI Designer at Cubos Tecnologia, showcasing his versatility in different design disciplines.

Luis's passion for design is not limited to his professional endeavors. He has also explored the world of independent design through his personal project, lefe.me, where he has demonstrated his creativity and innovative thinking. Prior to his career in the tech industry, Luis worked as an Illustrator at SENAI - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial, honing his artistic skills.
