Florestan Gutierrez is a co-founder and art director at Sound to Sight, a design agency that specializes in industrial sound UX, scenography, consumer goods, and luxury. He studied Sound Design and Space Design of the City at ESAD TALM and ESBA TALM, respectively, in France, where he received a master's degree and a DNAP/LICENCE.

Gutierrez has worked as a sound designer for various companies, including RCP Design Global and IRCAM, where he was a part of the Perception and Sound Design team. He has also been a graphic design, UX sound design, and UI design teacher at ESBA TALM, Parsons Paris, ENSIM-École Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs du Mans, and ITM Graduate School, respectively. Before this, he was a lecturer in UI design at ESGT-CNAM École Supérieure des Géomètres et Topographes. Gutierrez is a qualified teacher with many years of experience in teaching and mentoring in design and related fields.

Additionally, he is the former board member of FrenchTechLM, a founding member of LeMansTech, and has worked with luxury, vehicle manufacturers, consumer goods, industry, and IOT worldwide. Gutierrez's expertise is in sound strategies for various fields, and he has a bottom-up approach towards developing relevant user experience and communication.
