Luigi Lulaj

Luigi Lulaj is a Finance student at Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University, with a strong interest in Real Estate, inspired by his father who is a landlord in the Bronx.

His passion for Real Estate was ignited during summers working with his father, leading to an internship at a Real Estate Law office in the Bronx where he gained hands-on experience in closings, document preparation, and lease filings.

With aspirations to leverage his Finance expertise on Wall Street in the near future before transitioning into Real Estate, Luigi is an active member of the Rutgers Real Estate Club, participating in meetings with industry giants to learn and excel in the dynamic field.

Beyond academics, Luigi has showcased leadership skills as a team captain in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and mentored youth in career choices, along with involvement in community service activities like the Ambassador Club and volunteering at Sunrise during his high school years.

With a strong educational foundation from Rutgers University and Cresskill High School, coupled with diverse experiences including internships and extracurricular involvement, Luigi is equipped with the skills and determination to tackle challenges with dedication and respect.
