Evan Goldfine is an entrepreneurial real estate and corporate finance executive with over 20 years of experience.2 He currently serves as a Fractional CFO at Figure 8 Logistics, a position he has held since January 2022.2 Goldfine is also a Partner at Routine Properties, a full-service real estate firm based in New York.2
