Luciana Centeno is a highly accomplished professional in the field of food science and engineering. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering from Universidade Federal Do Pará and a degree in Food Science from Cornell University. Luciana has an impressive portfolio of extensive work experience, from interning at Barry Callebaut, working as a Shopper at Mintel to serving as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Universidade Federal Do Pará. She has also held academic positions, working as a Professor at Unama and Ufpa.

Luciana's deep understanding of food engineering and her passion for chocolate has led her to become the Chief Executive Officer at Nayah Sabores Da Amazônia, a company that specializes in creating unique chocolate flavors.
