Kate Broughton

Kate Broughton is a seasoned Senior Recruitment and Executive Search expert with over 15 years of experience in the APAC region. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery for Cybersecurity-focused Decipher Bureau, her broad range of skills includes managing human resource recruiting, talent programs, and providing expert talent management guidance to a range of clients. Kate's expertise also extends to serving as a Board Member for the Tech Girls Movement Foundation, where she focuses on industry engagement to help bridge the gap between the enterprise and the community. The foundation encourages girls to solve important community problems using technology skills and entrepreneurial acumen through hands-on workshops, the annual Techgirls competition, and inspiration from female role models in STEM. Kate is passionate about creating a society where women confidently lead in entrepreneurship and contribute to their community and the economy.
